It’s my first time at Forest Massage Therapy and won’t be my last. Nicola is very professional and very good at explaining the different therapies and their benefits to our body. The setting is clean, calm, and comfortable, and I had a relaxing Indian Head Massage treatment. I felt less tension on my shoulder, head, and neck after the treatment. Highly recommended x

Today was a second visit for a Head; Shoulder and Neck massage. My goodness!! I am starting to feel the benefits of these sessions as for ages; I’ve been feeling pain of sciatica and neck pain. The use of hot stones were used and I was VERY relaxed on leaving I strongly recommend xx Theresa McP

My children had half term Japanese headspa they have had a beautiful time and are so relaxed they had lots of fun making tiktok videos too thankyou molly. My youngest had a back neck and shoulder massage she has autism and loved every second it really relaxed her before bed time. Thankyou so much laura . Absolutely amazing experience and lovely set up! I booked for a 90 minute Swedish massage and the tension melted away. Isabel was very welcoming and asked about needs and expectations before treatment and also made sure pressure was ok. Highly recommend and will not hesitate to book again!
