It’s my first time at Forest Massage Therapy and won’t be my last. Nicola is very professional and very good at explaining the different therapies and their benefits to our body. The setting is clean, calm, and comfortable, and I had a relaxing Indian Head Massage treatment. I felt less tension on my shoulder, head, and neck after the treatment. Highly recommended x

Had an amazing massage from Rae, she's so knowledgeable and talks you through everything & explains why I'm in pain, she takes a personalised approach and has even given me some exercises I can do at home to help with the pain. She's welcoming & friendly, and I can really feel the benefit after I've been for a massage. The room is lovely & relaxing. I'd highly recommend Rae, I've been for a lot of massages due to my back pain over the last ten years & she is by far the best I've been to.

I booked in with Forest Massage Therapies for a 45 mins deep tissue massage having had long term shoulder and neck pain. Nicki is highly professional and the suite is perfectly clean and hygienic. As good if not better than any spa massage I have had at a much more affordable price. Nicki found and got rid of knots I wasn't even aware of and gave great aftercare tips and cold bottled water. Highly recommend.
