The Swedish massage is devine. Both times I had were so relaxing and Indy was focused on my problematic area particularly and after each massage, I felt so much better. Definitely this spa is my favourite place in South London.

My experience at love and dye was amazing. Piotr cut and highlighted my hair so well. He even went beyond what I had asked for and showed me how to style my hair in a different way from how I usually have and I loved it. I also had a lovely head massage and was served tea and biscuits. I have regularly been using this salon for over 10 years and they always go above and beyond to make the whole experience perfect

What an amazing experience! My idea of a perfect Friday evening to start to weekend right! I’ve never been to a head spa before and now I’m already thinking about going back. The ladies were so polite and welcoming. The treatment and environment were relaxing and calming and so enjoyable. 10/10 recommend to anyone!

An amazing head spa experience! It was both me and my sister’s first time at a head spa and we thoroughly enjoyed our treatments. Georga and Lily were both incredibly professional, warm, and attentive. From start to finish, the service was relaxing and luxurious. Georgia and Lily were so lovely and welcoming when my friend and I went for our appointment. We both did the scalp nova treatment and it was so worth the money. The scalp analysis was really informative and it was really nice to see the before and after the treatment! Highly recommend

I had a really lovely reflexology, foot soak and scrub and Indian head massage with Hollie. She’s a true professional, and her enthusiasm and passion for her craft really shine through in the treatment. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed, could not recommend her enough xx

What a very lovely experience I had yesterday never had a head spa before, but I definitely will have one again looking forward to booking my next one1 I did feel a bit uncomfortable at first being a 44-year-old Man. Always assumed things like this was for ladies, but it’s definitely not it’s for everyone go along and enjoy it you wake up the next day still feeling relaxed thank you ladies. See you again soon.

Today I had a pregnancy massage with Indy and it was honestly one of the best massages I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I arrived, Indy made me feel completely comfortable. She took the time to ask if there were any particular areas I wanted her to focus on, which I really appreciated. The room was beautifully warm and relaxing, and the pregnancy pillow made such a difference in helping me feel properly supported throughout the treatment. I also added the Indian head massage, which I would highly recommend. The whole experience lasted 90 minutes and was pure relaxation. Thank you!

I’ve been seeing Niamh for regular massages for almost a year now, and the difference it has made in my life is incredible. The chronic shoulder pain I used to suffer from has nearly disappeared. While the knots in my shoulders haven’t completely gone, I no longer feel the same level of tension I once did. I always feel like I’m floating on a cloud when I leave — completely relaxed and recharged. Niamh clearly cares deeply about her work and the services she offers, and that passion really shines through in every session. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.
