Just had an hour long full body massage by Hollie. Bliss. I was so relaxed I nodded off a few times. Hollie applied just the right amount of pressure to work the muscles without hurting me and the head massage was the best ever. Definitely doing that again! Thanks Hollie x

I’ve been seeing Niamh for regular massages for almost a year now, and the difference it has made in my life is incredible. The chronic shoulder pain I used to suffer from has nearly disappeared. While the knots in my shoulders haven’t completely gone, I no longer feel the same level of tension I once did. I always feel like I’m floating on a cloud when I leave — completely relaxed and recharged.
