Gigi walked me through everything, and you can tell she genuinely cares about what she does. Every step felt thoughtful and deeply relaxing. The time had come. I desperately needed a cut after growing my hair out for months from a very short style. Last night I took a chance when I arrived in London and scheduled a hair appointment at Shadi. The place looked modern and clean. When I walked in this morning for my 10:00 AM appointment, Mauricio kindly greeted me and started right away transforming my hair with great care. Legitimately one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I have issues with my hip flexors since a hip replacement and she paid a lot of attention to working those out. My mobility is considerably better since. Also, just the full body massage was both relaxing and therapeutic. A well earned 5 stars. Will make sure to fit it in and seek Natalie out on any visit to London!

Since my 15+ year massage therapist left London, I’ve been searching for a new one. After 4 visits to Balance , I’m really impressed. This visit, I needed urgent treatment and was booked with Ola. It was honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I arrived full of tension and knots after being unwell and spending days in bed. Ola asked all the right questions, checked in throughout, and worked expertly with firm pressure -especially on my neck. I left feeling completely renewed, with amazing mobility and movement.
