Gigi walked me through everything, and you can tell she genuinely cares about what she does. Every step felt thoughtful and deeply relaxing. I left with my scalp feeling fresh and clean, and extremely relaxed. Exactly what you need after a busy week. Hands down one of the best self-care experiences. I will be back!

I booked the Back Rub Restore (30 minutes) at Opulence Thai Spa as I was in a rush and needed quick relief from back pain. It exceeded my expectations — the therapist managed to release the tension in just 30 minutes, and my back pain disappeared almost immediately and stayed away for days. The spa is clean, relaxing, and the staff were very professional. Perfect if you need fast but effective relief in central London. I’ll definitely be back!

The time had come. I desperately needed a cut after growing my hair out for months from a very short style. Last night I took a chance when I arrived in London and scheduled a hair appointment at Shadi. The place looked modern and clean. When I walked in this morning for my 10:00 AM appointment, Mauricio kindly greeted me and started right away transforming my hair with great care. Anyone can easily sleep between her lovely hands, but I had to resist to enjoy that magical moment! I felt completely relaxed, she took me to the sky and put me on the cloud! Legitimately one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I have issues with my hip flexors since a hip replacement and she paid a lot of attention to working those out. My mobility is considerably better since. Also, just the full body massage was both relaxing and therapeutic. A well earned 5 stars. Will make sure to fit it in and seek Natalie out on any visit to London!

Since my 15+ year massage therapist left London, I’ve been searching for a new one. After 4 visits to Balance , I’m really impressed. This visit, I needed urgent treatment and was booked with Ola. It was honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I arrived full of tension and knots after being unwell and spending days in bed. Ola asked all the right questions, checked in throughout, and worked expertly with firm pressure -especially on my neck. I left feeling completely renewed, with amazing mobility and movement. I’m from Romania and I came to London just to visit my sister. I honestly didn’t have much expectation because I always do my treatments back home and I’m very used to how things are done there. But this salon really surprised me. The care, the details, the way they work, everything felt very professional and nice. I didn’t expect to like it this much. When I left I was thinking that I wish we had a place like this in Romania. If I lived here I would 100% come back. I really recommend it.
