From the moment I arrived, the place felt so calming and uplifting, and Gigi was warm, friendly, and instantly made me feel comfortable. The treatment itself was pure heaven. Gigi walked me through everything, and you can tell she genuinely cares about what she does. Every step felt thoughtful and deeply relaxing. I left with my scalp feeling fresh and clean, and extremely relaxed. Exactly what you need after a busy week. Hands down one of the best self-care experiences. I will be back!

I booked the Back Rub Restore (30 minutes) at Opulence Thai Spa as I was in a rush and needed quick relief from back pain. It exceeded my expectations — the therapist managed to release the tension in just 30 minutes, and my back pain disappeared almost immediately and stayed away for days. The spa is clean, relaxing, and the staff were very professional. Perfect if you need fast but effective relief in central London. I’ll definitely be back!

The time had come. I desperately needed a cut after growing my hair out for months from a very short style. Last night I took a chance when I arrived in London and scheduled a hair appointment at Shadi. The place looked modern and clean. When I walked in this morning for my 10:00 AM appointment, Mauricio kindly greeted me and started right away transforming my hair with great care. Legitimately one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I have issues with my hip flexors since a hip replacement and she paid a lot of attention to working those out. My mobility is considerably better since. Also, just the full body massage was both relaxing and therapeutic. A well earned 5 stars. Will make sure to fit it in and seek Natalie out on any visit to London!

Yilmaz is at the top of the London hair cutting and styling business. I went in today looking and feeling very low after a recent bereavement. I left looking and feeling ten years younger with a very stylish hairstyle, and expertly coloured by his lovely Albanian colleague. Highly recommend this top London salon.

I’m from Romania and I came to London just to visit my sister. I honestly didn’t have much expectation because I always do my treatments back home and I’m very used to how things are done there. But this salon really surprised me. The care, the details, the way they work, everything felt very professional and nice. I didn’t expect to like it this much. When I left I was thinking that I wish we had a place like this in Romania. If I lived here I would 100% come back. I really recommend it.

This place is absolutely amazing, I arrived stressed and disheveled and emerged hours later looking and feeling like a different person! The staff are so lovely (and were very tolerant of my frantically trying to send last minute pre-holiday emails mid treatment) and all the services I booked (haircut & blowdry, full body wax, gel pedicure, BIAB, massage) were top class. And on top of that, the memberships are probably the best bargain in London right now - I thought it was too good to be true until my lovely experience today! Run don’t walk!
