hands down the most amazing experience but not even just for the obvious reasons.. i had a scalp / head massage that actually blew my mind. my jaw released and i was in absolute heaven !! highly recommend if u want to feel like u just had the most relaxing sleep and then wake up lookin like a snack lol

Liqin Wang is an incredible RMT therapist! Her kindness and sense of humor made me feel instantly at ease. I walked in with serious neck and shoulder tightness, but after our session, I felt like a new person - relaxed, rejuvenated, and pain-free! Liqin's expertise and care are truly exceptional. Highly recommend her for anyone seeking relief from tension and stress. Five stars isn't enough - she's the best!

I had a great experience at Josen Head Spa & Beauty. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt calm, clean, and very relaxing. The staff were professional and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire treatment. The head spa service itself was amazing — very soothing and refreshing. Nisha takes the time to thoughtfully curate treatment plans based on each individual’s needs. She was incredibly patient in explaining treatments and never once pushed products or prioritized sales. I’ve been to many skin and laser clinics where the focus is on selling, but that was never the case with Nisha. Despite her busy schedule, she always made time to check in on my skin and follow up on my progress. She gives candid, straightforward advice without sugarcoating, which I really appreciate. This place is truly a hidden gem in Toronto. Highly recommended!

Tried this salon for the first time. Moved into the area 4 years ago but have not had luck in finding a good salon nearby (coming from downtown Toronto, which had great salons just walking distances away). I went in for my roots and Davide was my stylist. He was incredibly professional and experienced. I am very satisfied with his work and am looking forward to going back!

I’ve been to see Oksana, two days in a row 😁 Oksana is very knowledgeable & her hands felt like magic today. I have a line that has developed in my forehead & it’s almost disappeared after today’s treatment. My head & neck needed serious tension release & that’s definitely what I experienced. Wonderful experience. I emailed mid-flight to Toronto as I was going to miss my second flight due to delays so I was going to have a very long layover. They accommodated me and got me in for a shellac removal and pedicure same day. Very friendly service, excellent pedicure, I can’t say enough good things. 10/10, will definitely go back when I’m in the area.

I find it very relaxing and refreshing after the session has been completed. I find the massage and certain pressure points helped relieve tension around my neck and shoulders. I enjoyed the head massage and the washing of my hair which left my hair clean and soft.
