I had the most incredible experience at M Kami Japanese Head Spa Balwyn. From the moment I stepped in, I was welcomed into a calm designed space that immediately set the tone for relaxation. The treatment itself was absolute bliss. The scalp massage, hot towels, warm water therapy and nourishing hair treatments left me feeling completely refreshed and renewed. The therapist was incredibly skilled, ensuring every moment was both relaxing and restorative. My hair felt softer, was nourished and looked healthier If you are looking for a self-care experience, I highly recommend this treatment.

I had a wonderful experience with Fadz today. She is personable, warm and professional which made me feel I was in very good hands from the start and I was not wrong. I had the deluxe head spa and it was amazing. I doubt that you will find the same attention to detail in any other head spas in Melbourne. I look forward to going back to try the body massage.

I’m super happy with my brows and Steph is amazing. After a big week, I added on a scalp massage and it was exactly what I needed. The heated weighted blanket is such a thoughtful touch too. Steph is so easy to talk to, accomodating and made the whole experience super comfy. Thank you!

I had such a lovely ear cleaning and scalp experience at Havenly Spa. The staff were genuinely kind and attentive, and the spa itself was beautifully clean with a calming interior atmosphere. It was the perfect place to unwind!

I had the best appointment today with Steph. I got both my brows and lashes done and added on a scalp massage. The best brows i’ve had & my lashes look so full and healthy 😍 it felt like talking to an old friend even though we’d only just met! Thanks heaps for a great appointment and such a great result 🤩✨

Wow, what can I say! My first visit in the newly renovated Face Your Brows salon and I truly loved it all! Comfortable waiting room, greeted with warm smiles, tucked in under a heated blanket, fresh hot coffee on its way.. and all before the amazingly talented Kafa has even touched my brows!! I also added on a scalp massage and it did not disappoint! Do yourself a FAVOUR and add-on! The best!! Who would have thought I could leave a brow appointment so relaxed. Thank-you Kafa!

Experienced the amazing Deluxe Head Spa today - the most relaxing treatment I have ever received! The massage was incredible - beautifully firm pressure, and targeting all the tense spot in my shoulders, neck, face and scalp. Where do I start? I booked the 2 hour experience with Fadz and didn’t really read too much into it but wowee, it exceeded any expectations I had for my time at Kutsurogi. Starting with an incredible massage- Fadz really got onto my shoulders where I hold all my stress and tension- and then onto the spa element which was like nothing I’ve experienced before. The tools used created such lovely sensations and I think I nodded off at the end because it was so relaxing. It’s safe to say I’m a fan for life and will be back again and again. Thank you Fadz!

I went with my mum who is little older for the first time today. I explained my mums health situation to the staffs and they were too good and patient. Listened to my preferences and modifications. Most important is their hospitality was amazing. My mum bless them well after the service. She said she felt energetic and little relaxed. We completely enjoyed their service. I would recommend to all my friends to this place at Balwyn. They have another Center at point cook. This one is amazing.

It was a nice and relaxing experience. However, I would have liked the pressure to be more firm for the head/neck/shoulder/arm and foot massage part of it. I felt like the strokes were done about 3-4 times and then moved on but it would have been nice to have more strokes. I'm not sure if my face was properly washed before the facial either. I would have preferred a more specific and detailed facial, and head/neck/shoulder massage and to skip the arm and feet part which didn't really do much for me unfortunately.

Coming to M Kami is always a sublime experience, it quite literally feels like the holy gates of heaven have opened for me,and I have entered paradise, from the welcoming and gracious staff, to the highest level of professionalism and superlative skills that the staff incessantly offers, M Kami is definitely the finest Head Spa around, i have tried others in the past,but they are pale imitations, they don't even come close to reaching the quality and standards that M Kami consistently offers, I highly recommend M Kami to anyone who needs an escape from the daily stresses of life 🙏🙏🙏❤️💕💕♥️
