I had the most incredible experience at M Kami Japanese Head Spa Balwyn. From the moment I stepped in, I was welcomed into a calm designed space that immediately set the tone for relaxation. The treatment itself was absolute bliss. The scalp massage, hot towels, warm water therapy and nourishing hair treatments left me feeling completely refreshed and renewed. The therapist was incredibly skilled, ensuring every moment was both relaxing and restorative. My hair felt softer, was nourished and looked healthier If you are looking for a self-care experience, I highly recommend this treatment.

The best massage experience I’ve had in Melbourne. From the front desk to the treatment room, everything is smooth, clean, and calming. I had a remedial massage for shoulder pain, and the therapist was spot on with technique and pressure. Bonus: I could claim with my health fund using HICAPS on the spot!

What an amazing 1 hour relaxation massage I just had with Genie . That was my first time seeing the lovely Genie and can i say it absolutely without doubt will most definitely not be my last. I truly would have to think long and hard about when the last time was that id ever had better massage, lovely energy very easy to relax in her presence. Its excatly that sort or experience that reminds me of excatly what sets your business above and beyond many many other very services . The signature trinity facial has been my best experience of a facial in Melbourne - Rosalie made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed and from start to finish the facial was a wonderful experience - particularly her sculpting massage and careful, gentle extraction. My skin felt so smooth, fresh and my jawline looked noticeably less puffy and more contoured afterwards. I'm definitely planning to be back, love your work Rosalie :)

Today I enjoyed a 90 minute Infrared Sauna and Hawaiian lomi treatment with Natalia. It was a sublime experience in a private and relaxed setting. I just got my 3rd treatment from Rosalie and she keeps me surprised as how absolutely remarkable she is. She has the softest and caring approach, which helps me relax from the time I enter the clinic. Her treatment left me with a glow I never seen from other facialists. And I absolutely melt into her hands and the bed when she does the shoulder and neck massage. She deserves more than 5 star rating!

Aommi at Cheewa Aroma Remedial Thai was great, one of the best massages I've had. The place was modern, clean, and relaxing, and Aommi was friendly and skilful, applying the perfect amount of pressure in the places I needed. I walked out lighter and more relaxed, and will definitely visit again.

It’s a really good place , I’ve never been to a skin care shop like this in Melbourne. My skin is usually very sensitive and I tried many other places but I never felt any effect. But when I came here I immediately noticed a difference. I highly recommend this place. It’s very cozy and the products are all very good. Rosali is very kind!!!

One of the best massage places I have ever been, the therapist is very considerable about my feelings. The strength of her massage is right on point. I didn’t feel too painful but still remove my body tightness, my body feel so good after I complete the therapy.
