I had a wonderful experience with Fadz today. She is personable, warm and professional which made me feel I was in very good hands from the start and I was not wrong. I had the deluxe head spa and it was amazing. I doubt that you will find the same attention to detail in any other head spas in Melbourne. I look forward to going back to try the body massage.

The service was outstanding from start to finish. They achieved exactly the colour I wanted, and I finally found a hairdresser who truly listens to what you’re asking for. The cut was perfect, tailored to my hair type and the shape of my face. The overall experience was wonderful, they took great care of me, offered complimentary biscuits, and the head spa with the massage chairs was absolutely fantastic. The salon itself is elegant, minimal, and impeccably clean. The prices are genuinely fair for the quality of service provided. The result is a sublime colour and a look that truly suits me!

We concentrate on the body and even the legs but we often forget about our scalp. This experience reminded me why we shouldn't. Mikiko whisked me away to another wondrous realm for an hour and it was pure bliss. Tension can build up for years in your scalp and she washed and massaged it away with deliberate, almost ritualistic ceremony. I can't recommend this enough.

I had the most incredible experience at M Kami Japanese Head Spa Balwyn. From the moment I stepped in, I was welcomed into a calm designed space that immediately set the tone for relaxation. Where do I start? I booked the 2 hour experience with Fadz and didn’t really read too much into it but wowee, it exceeded any expectations I had for my time at Kutsurogi. Starting with an incredible massage- Fadz really got onto my shoulders where I hold all my stress and tension- and then onto the spa element which was like nothing I’ve experienced before. The tools used created such lovely sensations and I think I nodded off at the end because it was so relaxing. It’s safe to say I’m a fan for life and will be back again and again. Thank you Fadz!
