Tanya was lovely, she is very experienced and even though i stress alot when asking for a hair cut and colour, Tanya did exactly as I asked, she gave me advice on a few hair shapes and over all it was an excellent experience. Well, the transition was seamless, as Shannon is an outstanding hairdresser! She is attentive, knowledgable, and she took the time to ask questions and find out what has worked previously. The salon is welcoming and relaxing, the head massage is dreamy and Shannon gave me a fantastic trim and blow dry to freshen up yet maintain my preferred look.
