Hannah was very professional and helped me to relax as I was stressed out and had a headache with this hot weather I have had a number of facials now with Hannah and have found a real improvement in my skin , which was very dry. I also had my eyebrows waxed and dyed , and I felt the colour and shape were just right , I think Hannah is also a very friendly and calming person, working in a happy and welcoming environment.

I’ve always hated my nails. They just break all the time and so short, but Vanilla have finally made me feel confident showing my hands and not have to hide them anymore! Never thought I’d be able to grow them or get them into a decent shape without having fake nails put on! They’ve completely changed that!

Charlotte was really accommodating as always. Especially as I realised I couldn’t have new polish applied as I’m due in hospital this week. She wasn’t annoyed that I had booked a full application appointment but could only have the old removed. She just juggled around her appointments and had another lady come in early. Very kind of her. Vicky is just the best by a country mile!! So meticulous and amazing at what she does, but also the friendliest, most down to earth person you will meet. I recently moved out of Leeds, but still happily travel 45 mins each way to get my nails and brows done as I simply couldn’t go anywhere else now.

I am very new to going to a beauty salons. I'm 73 and this is the 1st time that I have had a professional manicure and pedicure. Kelsey made me feel at ease as did all the other staff present. The pedicure was amazing. I will be booking again.

Victoria does a fantastic bio sculpture gel manicure every appointment! When I first saw her (approx 1 yr ago) my nails were very thin from overly aggressive gel removals at prior salon. Victoria took the time at each visit to carefully soak off, manicure & re-apply without over-filing/buffing and has now returned my nails to their thick, strong original state. This is a relief and has prevented any bad nail breakages. I highly recommend Victoria, as she always does such a thorough nail routine. The lilac French manicure for my Wedding in France was absolutely beautiful too. Thank you :)

I had a wonderful pedicure with Kelsey this evening. My feet and nails now are fabulous. Kelsey is wonderful, putting me at ease and is so warm and friendly. She is also fantastic at her job - skilled and clever. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. I am worried that I submitted a ‘terrible’ review in error for Kelsey as I made a mistake on my phone. I thought I had to press the stars as they went up! Then the form submitted without a chance to amend it. Please please apologise to Kelsey for me. Because she is amazing!
