Really good guys for doing the hair, but the front desk receptionist is a disaster! Any excuse to charge me more, even though I’m their regular customer!!! Never welcoming never offering a drink , I’ve even been attacked by her before saying that I didn’t pay previous visit. I literally had to show her proof of the receipt. This kind of behavior should be illegal in Dubai. It’s sooooo HORRIBLE TO DEAL WITH SUCH PEOPLE. I hope this message can go to a manager to the dial a nail in downtown. At 8 boulevard walk tower.!!

Very cute and beautiful salon. I made easy an appointment through whatsapp. And they were very friendly and professional i had a haircut and a outgrow color. And the result were perfect they correct my haircut very beautifully. For sure when i am back dubai i will come again❤️

From the Calmness cleanness , how they so friendly and on top of all professional 👏🏻👏🏻 i tried nails and hair and i was very very satisfied no comments at all. I took sports massage and honestly it was perfect. She’s very strong and throughout the whole one hour she managed to keep the pressure really really good service.. What I would improve only is maybe add some candles some speaker with peaceful music or some tea from the side of the company
