Easy to make an appointment. Cayci did a great job on my eyebrows with a simple wax and tint. I also had a manicure as my nails had broken and chipped and wanted to start fresh. This was my first appointment and will definitely look at returning on the future

Very relaxing scalp treatment, lovely heated blanket to keep me warm and didn't want to get up when it had finished. If you don't like oil on your face and in your hair then you may not like it although I think they can adapt the treatment. I had it all and it left my dry arms nice and moisturised.

Laura is a great massage therapist and very considerate of your condition (I have arthritis). She always goes through details to make sure there are no changes before starting the treatment. The treatment is very relaxing and comfortable. I highly recommend Laura.

Naomi is fantastic, apart from being friendly and welcoming she transforms my hair each time and has given me great guidance on my new nano extensions that i love. Absolutely amazing experience for both weddings! My makeup looked so natural but still felt glamorous and flawless all day and night. I had my eyebrows done a year ago as they had gone patchy, due to the menopause, I opted for a smoky look, which turned out to be great for me, I've just had a touch up and yet again, I'm more than happy with the service I received and the friendly atmosphere, which I found very relaxing.

The colour she chose suits me beautifully — natural, soft, and exactly what I wanted. My lips healed really well, and the result looks so fresh and defined.
