Easy to make an appointment. Cayci did a great job on my eyebrows with a simple wax and tint. I also had a manicure as my nails had broken and chipped and wanted to start fresh. This was my first appointment and will definitely look at returning on the future

Very relaxing scalp treatment, lovely heated blanket to keep me warm and didn't want to get up when it had finished. If you don't like oil on your face and in your hair then you may not like it although I think they can adapt the treatment. I had it all and it left my dry arms nice and moisturised.

Laura is a great massage therapist and very considerate of your condition (I have arthritis). She always goes through details to make sure there are no changes before starting the treatment. The treatment is very relaxing and comfortable. I highly recommend Laura.

I have been going to Jemma for a few months now, and I would definitely recommend her for any beauty treatments. She is incredibly professional, pays close attention to detail and most importantly makes me feel comfortable. I've had so many compliments on my eyebrows since Jemma started doing them. Been going to naomi for multiple services for 10+ years and can't fault her work. My hair & makeup is always perfect and i'm extremely fussy with my makeup as I like it to look natural. My hair is always the perfect cut & colour and exactly what I ask for! Can't recommend Naomi enough. She's a lovely person and nothing is ever too much for my fussy needs!

I think I go to Hayley for a catch up as much as I go for the treatments! Always lovely staff, lovely service, made to feel comfortable. Would recommend to everybody ❤️
