Easy to make an appointment. Cayci did a great job on my eyebrows with a simple wax and tint. I also had a manicure as my nails had broken and chipped and wanted to start fresh. This was my first appointment and will definitely look at returning on the future

Very relaxing scalp treatment, lovely heated blanket to keep me warm and didn't want to get up when it had finished. If you don't like oil on your face and in your hair then you may not like it although I think they can adapt the treatment. I had it all and it left my dry arms nice and moisturised.

Laura is a great massage therapist and very considerate of your condition (I have arthritis). She always goes through details to make sure there are no changes before starting the treatment. The treatment is very relaxing and comfortable. I highly recommend Laura.

Always a warm and friendly place to have any treatment with a booking system easy to use, communication is excellent keeping you up to date with all your appointments.

I had my lip blush and combination brows top up today with Jade - absolutely over the moon with the result and will definitely recommend Jade to anyone for semi permanent makeup. Jade is definitely the best at what she does.

Flawless is a great place to go for all your personal treatment. Danielle is a lovely person, who does waxing. All the staffs are friendly and the place is nice and clean.

It was as always great, it is like going to a family members house were you are offered a brew and a biscuit and you can catch up on news, the staff are always welcoming whether it's your first or 1001 time xx
