Deya is the best! I have thick hair and I was worried about if KMB Studio didn’t have texturizing shears, but thank goodness I asked! They have shears to help thin your thick hair out if you don’t want to deal with a puffy lion’s mane especially with Chicago’s humidity lol! 🦁😜 and the conditioning mask made my hair feel soft and less frizzy! Angie was the best! This was my first lash lift ever and it was a very comfortable experience. She talked me through it and I felt like I was talking to a friend. Also I love my lashes now, I had very straight downward pointing lashes and now they're curled and lovely ❤️

I had my lash and brow lamination done with Olha, and I’m absolutely in love with the results! She is very detail-oriented, and everything was done gently and professionally. My lashes look longer and have a beautiful curl , I don’t even need mascara anymore. My brows look very neat and have the perfect shape, while still looking natural. I’d also like to mention the atmosphere -very clean, calm, and comfortable. The results truly exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality work!

Wonderful experience at Krasa spa! I was staying at the Westin for a wedding and needed my hair done. I originally booked a blow out but changed my mind to an updo when I got to the spa. They were so accommodating. I had no inspiration pics, but they worked with me to come up with a beautiful hairstyle that even my picky aunties loved. I cannot say enough good things about this spa. Before I left, one of the girls even helped me with my eye makeup! Both women made it such a fun experience. If I lived in Chicago, this would be my regular hair salon.

Laura and her staff are not only extremely skilled, but they are genuinely kind people, and any service comes with a free therapy session if you’re in the mood to talk! I came from Chicago as Sylvia was recommended to me. I needed for her to correct an old eyebrow and eyeliner work that was very apparent it needed help. She gave me a solution and on my first session, I loved the look. She corrected everything and she was very empathetic to me. I am so glad I drove an 1hr to find someone as talented as her.

Absolutely love Jessica and her lash studio! She is very organized, friendly and clean. I was so happy to be able to have lashes again and she did an amazing job. Highly recommend her.
