Took my 7 year old in for a wash cut and blow today which was very reasonable at £25.00 but gave £30 with a tip. Looked great but the only criticism I had was there was no communication the whole time we were in there. When you go to a hairdressers especially in the middle of Loughton or any Essex high street you expect a friendly hairdresser that talks to you. There was no communication with me or my child for the whole appointment, just silence. I would come back again but I’d prefer to be spoken to.

100% the best lash lift I’ve ever had, it lasted well over 2 months and my second appointment was just as good as the first! Lauren is so lovely too, thank you so much x

I was so apprehensive about getting my lashes done, so much so that I haven’t had them for nearly 2 years and nearly cancelled my appointment!
