Alex is lovely and my brows are gorgeous

Took my 7 year old in for a wash cut and blow today which was very reasonable at £25.00 but gave £30 with a tip. Looked great but the only criticism I had was there was no communication the whole time we were in there. When you go to a hairdressers especially in the middle of Loughton or any Essex high street you expect a friendly hairdresser that talks to you. There was no communication with me or my child for the whole appointment, just silence. I would come back again but I’d prefer to be spoken to.

Amazing, my first experience of a lash tint and was made to feel so comfortable - would go again!

Another perfect set of brows today and first session of profhilo structura which I was quite nervous about but Jessica put me at ease and was very informative x
