Kaycee was incredibly professional and took the time to make sure the style suited my eye shape perfectly. They feel lightweight and look stunning. I’ve already received so many compliments. My go to place to go. This was my third visit, honestly the before and after of my eyebrows is absolutely insane! Lash extensions are done perfectly every time too. Huge help is that Sunita is super sweet and extremely helpful. Could not recommend more highly!

Blind booked this for a last-minute pre-Christmas appointment and I’m so glad I did. Perfect location with easy parking at Westfield, and the service was amazing from start to finish. I had a look in mind and they matched the shade perfectly to my inspo pic 🤍 My nails turned out gorgeous and the spa pedicure was so relaxing - exactly what I needed. As someone new to London, trying a new salon can feel a bit nerve-wracking, but everyone here was so friendly and welcoming and instantly put me at ease. Will definitely be back 🫶🏼

I had a lash lift and facial and the whole experience was amazing. Kawtar explained every step of the treatment as she went along and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The lash lift is genuinely the best I’ve ever had. Because my lashes are naturally long, technicians often struggle to achieve a good curl and lift, but Kawtar got them absolutely perfect. The Glow facial left my skin feeling refreshed, smooth, and radiant. The soft play area was an added bonus, it means mamas can enjoy a bit of pampering while the little ones have fun. I highly recommend Kawtar and will defo be back!

Tatiana did an incredible job at my lashes! She was very accommodating when I requested a patch test. During the lift and tint, I could feel the care and attention to detail, and she was so gentle that I actually fell asleep! Would recommend her to anyone

The best lash tech 🥺❤️ So patient if I need a break - will give me a minute to sit up if I need to. Never moans and always makes sure I’m okay. Lashes still come out perfect every time!!
