I received excellent customer service, before during and after my treatment at Essence hair and beauty. Emma is professional and friendly. I had an amazing experience with Preeti for my lash lift and tint. Her professionalism and attention to detail and the results were incredible—my lashes look naturally lifted, darker, and more defined without any makeup. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and will definitely be returning.
