I received excellent customer service, before during and after my treatment at Essence hair and beauty. Emma is professional and friendly. Absolutely amazing place with great services, Tatjana is truly wonderful and very skilled. I am a regular and even tho I have moved out of Derby I have never found a better place and rather make an effort to travel for my appointments, very thankful for being convenient with time slots offerd. I can be very picky but I have never left disappointed. When in doubt, you can always trust her with what suits and fits you the most. 🥰💯

Look, I'll break it down for you in really simple terms: Basically - Erika is a ✨️✨️Deity✨️✨️ in human form🩷 Respect her bc I swear; anyone troubles her - I'll merk u off mate🗡🗡🗡 💯fr. I originally went elsewhere NOT TAISIYA on the outskirts of Derby which the girl turned me away after 90 minutes of her trying to get the shape so I walked away..That was 100% the right decision because I found Taisiya & understandably I was really nervous & she totally understood why. I had my patch test then a couple of weeks later I went for my appointment.Taisiya got the shape within 10 minutes & that was it they were perfect I had blade & shade 2 years ago & a little freshen up & literally this week I’ve had powder brows with hair strokes.She is out of this world she has me forever now 💕💕
