Rusalina was so lovely and welcoming when I arrived today for the first time. She took the time to sit down with me and discuss what I wanted to achieve with my lash appointment. I had my daughter’s eyebrows and Korean lash lift done here, and the service was absolutely amazing. My daughter has autism and anxiety, and the staff were so patient, kind, and understanding throughout the appointment. They took their time, made my child feel comfortable, and explained everything in a calm and reassuring way. The results were beautiful, and we couldn't be happier. Wow went for the 1st time to DDB for Russian UV eyelashes and couldn't be more happier Dee was amazing in every way so kind and welcoming I'm currently 8 months pregnant and she was so caring even rolled some trowels up to but understand my back for support and told me just to let her know if I needed a break and my eyelashes are something else I've had my lashes done at quite a lot of places and DDB is by far the most amazing place I've ever been and definitely wouldn't go anywhere else now Thankyou so much DDB you truly have made me feel amazing and I will definitely be coming again soon

I had the pleasure of meeting Olivia & sam this week. This was my first visit, as someone with AuDHD I struggle in new environments. Not once did I feel judged by either. Everything was explained to me in a way i was able to process. They both made me feel really comfortable and are so friendly. I was able to take a break between my treatments which was a massive help. I was so happy with the service my brows and lashes look absolutely gorgeous and I cant wait to get my hair done later this year with Sam. Would definitely recommend to anyone with Neurodivergent needs.
