Cut and colour by Ellie always top quality. However I need to mention this time, the lack of cleanliness on the female side of the salon. Nothing to do with Ellie. I did mention to her. Noticeable hairs, lots of them on the chairs, wrapped round the feet of the chairs, on the mirrors, footplates and skirting under the mirrors. Was really unpleasant to see. I've read that Lancaster City Council intend to inspect barbers and hairdressers. They put a post on Facebook to say this and said all chairs etc should be cleaned hygienically after each customer. The whole place is a bit shabby 😒

My granddaughters (ages 5 & 7) had appointments with Eva for their Halloween party nails. 👻 She was absolutely wonderful with them - showing them different designs, discussing colour themes and nail art. Emma is a wonderful hairdresser. She listens to what I want and I always love my hair when I leave.

Sammy was excellent I had lip fillers and it was pain free she is very good it didn’t hurt me at all and my lips are just what I waned

I had my eyelashes and nails done today! I love them! Sammy is the best and I trust her as she is so professional and skilled. The dermal facial I had last week is still working it’s magic too! Thank you!

Yesterday Sammy did my Botox and fillers. Today it's already starting to look fab!!!. Tbh I have been to many different Aesthetics Clinics in the North West of England including several top-rated/award-winning ones and I can honestly say that Sammy's Cosmetic Aesthetics has certainly impressed me the best! Sammy's attention to detail and her general work standard, stands out to me as the best aesthetics I have ever had done. In a fortnight I'm going for my two week top-up, following that I will update my review. Many, many thanks again Sammy, see you soon.
