Cut and colour by Ellie always top quality. However I need to mention this time, the lack of cleanliness on the female side of the salon. Nothing to do with Ellie. I did mention to her. Noticeable hairs, lots of them on the chairs, wrapped round the feet of the chairs, on the mirrors, footplates and skirting under the mirrors. Was really unpleasant to see. I've read that Lancaster City Council intend to inspect barbers and hairdressers. They put a post on Facebook to say this and said all chairs etc should be cleaned hygienically after each customer. The whole place is a bit shabby 😒

I had a new hydro facial today with Katie after a friend recommended her to me. I rarely have facials as I don’t like being faffed with (don’t judge me!) This was a perfect 30 minute acid serum treatment for my 57 year old face which can be a course of 3 or 6. I’ve already booked in for another two so far. Absolutely brilliant facial treatment from Katie, who clearly knows her stuff and is very professional and also very friendly. A great little find in my opinion, I most definitely recommend this lovely independent salon

Absolutely love having my IPL sessions with Emma. She always makes me feel really comfortable and welcome. The treatments itself are better than sex and that’s no word of a lie. Get your mums and sisters and daughters down for some treatments with Emma she’ll look after you so well!

Neve was incredible and listened to exactly what I wanted and the shape and style I needed to make my hair feel healthier again. Fantastic place, offered a drink multiple times and made to feel comfortable. I will definitely be back!

My new lashes are amazing! Honey always creates the perfect shape and my lashes last for weeks. The new salon is gorgeous and all the staff were lovely.

Honey is lovely, so easy to talk to and was so lovely and gentle. Lashes are gorgeous and 100% get your moneys worth x

I took my daughter for a well overdue haircut today the salon was lovely and the girls were even lovelier.. they all made her feel at ease she was a bit nervous on arrival but soon warmed up when given a drink and a little choccy at the end of her appointment she can't wait to come back for her next trim.

All the staff are lovely. Fab new salon and as usual Leah coloured and cut my hair beautifully.

What a great Salon and such a convenient location with parking outside. Had the most amazing welcome on their opening day. Izzy sorted my hair out and I left feeling human again, Izzy is a miracle worker with my unruly head of hair. The salon has such a calming atmosphere with the loveliest of staff. Wish them all the best with their new venture and will be back in a few weeks.
