Cut and colour by Ellie always top quality. However I need to mention this time, the lack of cleanliness on the female side of the salon. Nothing to do with Ellie. I did mention to her. Noticeable hairs, lots of them on the chairs, wrapped round the feet of the chairs, on the mirrors, footplates and skirting under the mirrors. Was really unpleasant to see. I've read that Lancaster City Council intend to inspect barbers and hairdressers. They put a post on Facebook to say this and said all chairs etc should be cleaned hygienically after each customer. The whole place is a bit shabby 😒

The staff at Carly & co are so welcoming. Grace has been doing my hair for a whole year now and has nailed it every time! She is a wonderful and skilled hairdresser and listens in depth to get the results you want! I Will always recommend grace and the team at Carly & Co
