I had my first facial and microneedling appointment today with Pippa and it was such a great experience. The whole treatment was very relaxing, and Pippa was extremely informative throughout the entire process, explaining everything clearly and putting me at ease. My first visit at this place for lip fillers and Im impressed. The pain was 1%, I didn't feel pain almost at all. The day after most bruising is gone and my lips look very good. I really appreciate giving me the after care kit and the prices are very good. Thank you so much, I cant wait for my next appointment <3

Ksenia is a lovely, knowledgeable piercer. I have been to her a couple times, firstly in blue banana to get an impulse dermal piercing which I adore to this day, and got my lip and eyebrow done with her at empress too. I also recently got my vch done and she was very kind and helpful, all of my piercings by ksenia are stunning, and her breathing technique helps me a lot too as I get nervous in anticipation
