My first visit at this place for lip fillers and Im impressed. The pain was 1%, I didn't feel pain almost at all. The day after most bruising is gone and my lips look very good. I really appreciate giving me the after care kit and the prices are very good. Thank you so much, I cant wait for my next appointment <3

Ksenia is a lovely, knowledgeable piercer. I have been to her a couple times, firstly in blue banana to get an impulse dermal piercing which I adore to this day, and got my lip and eyebrow done with her at empress too. I also recently got my vch done and she was very kind and helpful, all of my piercings by ksenia are stunning, and her breathing technique helps me a lot too as I get nervous in anticipation

I went to Courtney today to have a dermal piercing removed. She explained the process to me clearly, and was very professional. The removal was much quicker than I expected and a lot less painful than I expected too! Would recommend, thank you!
