Dr Nancy is absolutely dedicated towards her clients to receive the best results. I’ve requested certain injectables, yet she thankfully has refused. She’s very friendly and available if you have concerns between procedures or after - she is always contactable. Importantly she is highly qualified. She had the most on depth knowledge of our skin, structure, muscle and immunity. Personally I would not trust anyone else to touch my face. I have not been personally asked nor paid by Dr Nancy.

What a find! Suzanne was welcoming from the start. She is very professional and experienced. The clinic is super clean and comfortable. I had semi permanent makeup on my brows and she was extremely detailed and would not let me leave until both myself and her were happy with the results. Im already looking to book something else as felt very safe and in good hands.

Absolutely fantastic! I live in Swansea, and it is worth travelling to Cardiff to have treatment in this salon. Suzanne is a really lovely lady who puts you at ease, straightaway. . Today I went for a top-up on my Brows. She made me feel so welcome, we chatted as if we'd been friends for years. I will recommend Suzanne to everyone, she is Professional and very reasonable. Atosa is very confident and her knowledge and skills made me feel very much at ease.Always gives her honest advice and puts your mind at rest. My lips look lovely and I'm over the moon with them. She also does my anti-wrinkle injections and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Would highly recommend

Lovely to see Dr Nancy after her maternity leave, had prophilo today and as always a pain free experience.

I was made to feel very welcome the moment I entered the clinic. Mercedes was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. My procedure was botox and under eye polynucleotide. my lines under my eyes have reduced dramatically. I couldn't be any happier. She truly expert and phenomenal at what she does. Mercedes explained the treatment throughly and was very caring which put me at ease. 100% recommend Mercedes. Will return back for more treatments.
