I won a voucher with Chanice that she’d donated for a charity raffle. Communication was great, she was thorough with a patch test & advice on different lashes & what worked best for me. I was really happy & the lashes looked amazing! Sadly, within 48 hours I had an allergic reaction that required removal. She went above & beyond to help me and ensure the proper removal. Throughout every step of the process she showed the perfect balance of professionalism, whilst also being friendly and caring that makes you feel at ease. I’d highly recommend her and will be using her for other services.

I have just had the most blissful Japanese head spa with Rachel. I felt so looked after and nurtured, the treatment itself was beautiful, and I felt immediately at ease and relaxed as soon as I got there and started the consultation. Rachel makes sure she tailors the experience to what you want to get out of it - for me, it was pure relaxation. I definitely got that - apologies for any snoring! Highly recommend this. I was desperate for this amazing lift summum facial. My skin has really suffered from all the sun and heat despite using factor 50 constantly. It needed some Tiffany TLC. It was an hour of absolute bliss and my skin is so soft and moisturised. Highly recommended.
