Nice environment good service however volume lashes look like classic lashes there was no thickness or wisp/fluff to the lashes which is what I expected.

Wonderful experience for my first time getting lash extensions. Jodi talked me through the lash options to make sure I was certain on my choice. I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

Just visited brow box. Was travelling for work and meeting was cancelled last minute so decided to book some me time in. Place is super easy to find really near the main station. Had a massage, pedicure and eyelashes was a wonderful experience- lovely attentive staff, excellent service. Very happy with everything thank you!
