I always have a five-star experience at Image London Bermondsey. The staff are extremely professional, kind and caring. I first walked in Luna and Wilde when they opened 5 years ago, and have never stepped foot in another salon since. This place is the absolute best, the team are brilliant and the nails are always perfect. I’m gutted to be moving away from London but I’ll have to make the journey back to Brixton for my nails! 💕

I can be quite critical in life, I suspect it’s probably because I have high expectations! But whenever I come to The Box you always not only meet my expectations but you go above and beyond, this could be one of my favourite haircuts I’ve ever had!! The team are great - I was really looked after by Dylan who is absolutely lovely. He showed a genuine interest and gave me a thoughtful consultation, suggesting a style that suits me. The cut was great and when styling, he took the time to show me how to maintain it at home. I've already booked to come back in for a colour with Dylan. This is my local salon so I couldn't be happier having someone I trust nearby for future appointments.

I had a very good experience getting my eyelash extensions. The staff are very polite, and I felt comfortable during the appointment. The lash technician helped me decide what style I want and gave me recommendations based on my eye shape and size. She was efficient and the results are amazing. I would definitely recommend.

Ash was great — I came for a BIAB manicure and pedicure, and somehow managed to convince my husband to have his first ever Russian manicure and pedicure too. He came in stressed, slightly suspicious, and only doing it to make me happy… but left looking like a polished gentleman. 😂 Honestly, men deserve nice hands and feet too — no stigma, just self-care! We both loved the service, the attention to detail was brilliant, and we’ll definitely be back
