Great experience with Kayti. I had to change my appointment as I was running late, it was not a problem, all done with a smile. Fitted me in as I did not want to miss the appointment. Lovely service in a calm setting.

Great experience, Yulia is always so friendly but always professional too.

Katy is a fantastic therapist, she got a big area covered in 30 mins and I didn't feel any hairs being plucked out. I'm looking forward to working with her consistently to combat unwanted hair !

Thank you not only for the piercing but for all of your help and advice. Now have a happy daughter. Will definitely be back.

Thanks again to Chloe for making me feel relaxed for my B12 injection. Always a laugh coming in and chatting with the girls, which makes such a difference.

Always amazing how Kayti has so many ways to help reduce the inevitable pain - music, "distracting" conversation, gently telling me what is happening and reassuring me. Today Kayti explained to me how just tapping on your body nearby can help distract the brain.

Always such a wonderful and professional service, would highly recommend.
