Had a lovely experience at Redlocks. Hugo was really professional and made me feel really welcome and comfortable throughout. We had a quick chat at the start of the appointment and he listened carefully to what I wanted, and always took the time to explain what he was doing to make sure I was happy. I left the salon with gorgeous, healthy beach waves that lasted all day and still looked lovely even after being out all evening (almost unheard of in my fine, flat hair!). Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a good hair salon in Bournemouth!

Paula was so lovely. My first time coming here/ finding a hairdresser in Bournemouth to go. I’ve always been scared to try somewhere new. However, the minute I went there it was perfect. I love all the flowers and decorations in Redlocks, I think it’s really nicely designed and everyone is so welcoming. One of the best haircuts and dye that I’ve had and I’ve gotten so many compliments. I will definitely be coming back here when it needs doing again x I really love it thank you🩷

There is nothing I can say that will truly explain how amazing Ell is! From consultation to appointment, everything exceeded my expectations. I went in for balayage and extensions and she went above and beyond to make sure I left more than over the moon with the results. I meet Scott this afternoon for my initial consultation. I have the remains of some badly done Microblading dating back to 2010. Scott went through everything with me advising the best course of action. I had two patch tests done and was delighted when he said he could start my treatment next week (providing there is no reaction to the patch tests) Finally, I am on the road to getting rid of this awful colour in my eyebrows 😊🙏 My appointment was on time and the treatment room was spotless!

Zara-Jade was fantastic, we had a thorough consultation, she listened to my concerns and created the exact look I was going for. Being a hairdresser myself it’s been difficult to find someone that is not only a very talented colourist and hairdresser but has good energy and an amazing vibe, Zara-Jade brings it!

I rang the salon today and spoke to Georgie and thanked her for the fab haircut and highlights she did yesterday for my youngest daughter. I then asked if she could cut my hair and she fitted me in today at 5pm. I had a consultation with George wash and cut I am so delighted with my fab new haircut is fantastic. The personal service is excellent, modern, fresh salon, lovely products. We've been customers for 11 years both my daughters and I love the service and attention and thank Caroline and her wonderful team. Highly recommended 5 stars

The best time ever, I don’t even know where to start😭 Ellie was an absolutely gorgeous, talkative girl. I was so nervous going to a salon for the first time but she just kept the conversation flowing and I did not once feel anxious! She listened to what I wanted for my hair and then went on to exceed my expectations! I am beyond grateful and happy for my hair. She truly cares about every client and I’m so happy I found her! This was my first appointment with her but DEFFO no where near my last🤍 super happy with Ellie and will continue to recommend to everyone I know🤍

Kelsey is in my opinion the best extension/colour specialist in Bournemouth. I’ve had more bad hair experiences than I care to mention, but after watching her work for some time & seeing how much she cares about the work she puts out, I gladly switched to her. This girl will never let you leave unhappy, she will work until you’re in love with your hair & that is unfortunately, a quality seriously lacking in the hair industry. If you’re needing a new hairdresser I promise you won’t regret picking Kelsey, she is elite. 10/10

My first time at the salon today. It’s cosy, friendly & welcoming which felt good on a grisly rainy morning. I booked with Michael for a keratin smoothing treatment. He had answered a few of my questions beforehand over WhatsApp. Then in the salon he gave me a full consultation about the treatment and potential outcomes. It was very reassuring as I’ve never had a treatment like this before. I’m absolutely delighted with the outcome. My hair feels so soft and silky. I can now face the winter months without frizzing each time I step out of the door! Thank you!

Felt at ease immediately the minute I walked in for my consultation, very thorough consultation with realistic expectations and knew exactly what to expect! Appointment to have platinum card to get back blonde - amazing experience, all exactly what I was expecting and what I wanted and Lauren and Michael so friendly! Went straight to Kelsea for a consultation after seeing her work on Instagram and booked in for a colour correction. My hair was originally in 3 blocks of different shades of blonde so I was unsure of the best colour option. Her professionalism, knowledge and easy going personality made the whole process an enjoyable experience and the results are the best I’ve ever had! Already booked back in for my next appointment! Go see her!
