I actually really love their work! Elle was super attentive and careful, catering to my preferences and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. I like to switch up and try new places for lash and brow maintenance, but now I think I have found my all-time favourite :) I'd like to say this is my first time trying brow bleach instead of waxing, and I recommend those with sensitive skin to be a bit mindful or it can irritate your skin for some time!!

Just got a lash lift and eyebrow tint (package 3) and I’m honestly obsessed 😭✨ My lashes look so lifted and natural without needing mascara, and the brow tint framed my face perfectly. Friendly and experienced team. My initial jitters turned to trust at the hands of Cat. She explained the processes patiently and even though I went in, hoping for a velvet lip brush, I understood why a lip neutralisation was needed instead. I had uneven lip tones. The entire procedure was seamless and not as painful as I have imagined. Now, I cannot wait to let my lips heal completely than go in for the dash of color I’ve always wanted!
