Elle was very attentive, gentle and was good at explaining and recommending what type of lash lift service would be good for my type of lashes. I felt relaxed and she listened to my concerns + what I wanted - a subtle, natural look. I did a brow lamination and a lash lift- it's been a few days and both still look great! My lashes are lifted and look natural. Love my brows too. The place is comfy, clean, very relaxing ambience and welcoming. Prices of their services are reasonable too- definitely recommended. They even gave me a loyalty card and a spoolie for aftercare at home ☺️😊Thanks Elle!

I had a really good experience. The room is so aesthetic and the lash bed is one of the comfiest i've slept on. I really appreciated that Viven suggested me to do infills instead of a new lash set as I came in with still 50% of my lashes in tact. So i like that she is flexible. And ofc, i love the look of my lashes. The only problem was my left eye was a bit red and slightly painful for 1-2 days but its all good now. Overall, it was a good experience!

(Glow combo = lash lift + brow bleach + brow lamination) for someone whos always insecure about my brows, Elle did a wonderful job to soften out my brows but just enough to make em pop! love the result so much. It was a very pleasant experience - comfortable space and super friendly lash tech. It’s my first time doing a lash lift here and it’s the only lash lift which has lasted for me (while looking really good still) for more than 4 weeks!

I've had my lash appointment with Elle and all I can say is that from the very first time I've met her, i've since requested for the same beautician. I've been to other shops previously and Elle was the one that converted me to a long-term customer. Not only does she do a really good and consistent job for my lashes, she's also very caring, funny, friendly and entertaining if you're not in the mood to sleep during your sessions. The maximum i could rate is only 5 stars, but i would have given Elle a rating of 10 if there's one. <3

I did laser hair removal on several areas and lash lift with Jessie and brow embroidery with Daisy. Both ladies were friendly and efficient in their work. Jessie was super gentle and her touch delicate while performing the treatments with expertise. Daisy was professional yet friendly and down to earth. I felt comfortable and was confident in their work. I love the results. Thank you ladies. I shall return next visit to Malaysia ☺️

Just got a lash lift and eyebrow tint (package 3) and I’m honestly obsessed 😭✨ My lashes look so lifted and natural without needing mascara, and the brow tint framed my face perfectly. Super clean, soft, effortless look — exactly what I wanted. The whole experience was comfortable and relaxing too. Definitely one of those treatments that make you feel instantly prettier 🤍

The lash techs were nice, the lash beds were comfortable. Clean environment and nice decorations/ambience. The whole process was pretty quick for lashes. I booked in for a lift and tint but I’m not sure that they did the tint - I can’t really tell. However, the lift is nice. would come back and try a different service like extensions.

Absolutely amazing experience! Loved the service from the start. The place was super clean, she provided blankets, snacks and drinks while doing the service. I got my lashes and my eyebrows done and would definitely say she knows what she's doing and you can tell has experience. Our appointment was 3 hours long but I definitely did not feel it at all, we chatted the whole time and she was so friendly. Going to be my new lash and eyebrow tech from now on

Anna is the best lash tech I've ever been to! I got to tried different volume lash style over the year with her, and they are absolutely gorgeous. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Her application is precise, and the lashes are so lightweight I can barely feel them. Plus, her studio is clean and relaxing.
