I had a Polished Manual Facial yesterday and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I was very relaxed and made to feel comfortable. The facial included a neck, shoulder and arm massage as well as a wonderful face massage. I felt very relaxed afterward and will return for another next month. It was the best facial massage I have ever had as it felt like a proper professional massage, rather than just a light touch.

In 20 years, and with numerous different waxers, Danielle is by far the BEST. Not only was it the least painful, most precise wax I’ve had.. she makes you feel totally comfortable, perfect for waxing newbies. I had a wax, massage & facial appointment today with Harri. She made me feel so at ease having a Hollywood wax, it was like being in the room with a friend. The massage was so relaxing! I honestly would never go anywhere else now. She is hands down the best wax lady I’ve ever been to 😭 makes you feel SO comfortable, is so thorough, and somehow makes the whole thing way less painful than anywhere else I’ve been. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in what she does. The results are always perfect every single time. Couldn’t recommend her enough 🫶

I had ombré brows done with as a modal, the experience was very good, and I was made to feel very welcome by jazz and the ladies training. My brows turned out lovely, might need a follow up appointment but I’m very happy. I’ve also had a lip enhancement done by Jazz and all was fab again, very happy with the results and I’m sure I will be back again.

This shop where I got my eyebrows Micro-bladed is a fantastic shop in Torquay Union Street next to Nationwide Bank has the most pleasant staff. They did the most Professionally skilled job between the both staff who work together in the job to make your time there pleasant and relaxed. Anyone who wants to visit for a load of aesthetic jobs on their list. I would give them both 10/10 for the work they did on my eyebrows and their lovely personalities I noticed and will go back for another browse to see if I can have anything else done at one point. I hope you go inside check what they offer.

Helen is without question, a truly talented PMU artist. I have had a tattoo before with Helen, so knew that she would be amazing at my brows. Saying that, as they are on my face, I was a little apprehensive as I have never had anything more than a wax and a tint! However, I shouldn’t have worried. Helen put me at ease straight away and explained how it would all work. The procedure itself wasn’t uncomfortable and we chatted all the way through it putting the world to rights 🩷 When Helen finished, she passed me the mirror and I couldn’t believe how natural they looked. I absolutely love them😍

Absolutely amazing as ever! It’s all the little touches that make Laura so very special - socks placed on heater then on your feet, a warm hand placed on the face while putting cold face mask on. I have had all her treatments and cannot choose a favourite as they are all great so I rotate which one I have. Outstanding!
