I had ombré brows done with as a modal, the experience was very good, and I was made to feel very welcome by jazz and the ladies training. My brows turned out lovely, might need a follow up appointment but I’m very happy. I’ve also had a lip enhancement done by Jazz and all was fab again, very happy with the results and I’m sure I will be back again.

I had a Polished Manual Facial yesterday and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I was very relaxed and made to feel comfortable. The facial included a neck, shoulder and arm massage as well as a wonderful face massage. I felt very relaxed afterward and will return for another next month. It was the best facial massage I have ever had as it felt like a proper professional massage, rather than just a light touch.

In 20 years, and with numerous different waxers, Danielle is by far the BEST. Not only was it the least painful, most precise wax I’ve had.. she makes you feel totally comfortable, perfect for waxing newbies. This shop where I got my eyebrows Micro-bladed is a fantastic shop in Torquay Union Street next to Nationwide Bank has the most pleasant staff. They did the most Professionally skilled job between the both staff who work together in the job to make your time there pleasant and relaxed. Anyone who wants to visit for a load of aesthetic jobs on their list. I would give them both 10/10 for the work they did on my eyebrows and their lovely personalities I noticed and will go back for another browse to see if I can have anything else done at one point. I hope you go inside check what they offer.

I have had multiple treatments with jazz and the team! Everytime it has been exceptional! Iv had PDO threads, Botox, microneedling, bb glow, lemon bottle and I have others booked in! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face!!! Jazz goes above and beyond to really understand what it is that you want to improve and most of all delivers. Amazing experience, My first time having my hair done here and I couldn’t fault it! Lucy is so lovely and talked me through all her steps to make sure I was happy, she gave a lot of attention to the details throughout the whole appointment, Lucy let me know how she was styling my hair so I could do the same at home which was really Lovely! everyone was so friendly, the atmosphere was actually amazing, there’s no salon in Torquay like this and I had a really good time here! I cannot fault Lucy’s work one bit! She is very easy to talk to and clearly loves her work! thank you so much !
