Amazing customer service, soooo accommodating, friendly and a really personalised experience. An in depth consultation is given to make sure you get exactly what you want & also what will suit your eyes/ face shape. The most friendly and welcoming space with a gorgeous result. Overall an excellent experience! Sabira's facial, waxing and eyebrows are the most relaxing and so well done. Marianne's luxury mani pedi is the cherry on top!!

I booked this treatment the day before my birthday for a glow and lift effect, and I have to say—I've had many facials before, but this was by far the most amazing facial I’ve ever experienced! Laura was incredibly professional. She began with a consultation to understand what I was hoping to achieve, and the results honestly blew me away. ✨ My skin still looks amazing since the appointment, and I will 100% be making these facials a regular part of my skincare routine! xx

A Kobido facial is now going to be my go to treatment - loved it!! It was a deep tissue massage on your face & neck which you can really feel working, it was both relaxing yet rejuvenating! I could literally feel the tension melting away from my face, especially around my jaw and forehead. What I loved most was the immediate glow afterwards. My skin looked noticeably brighter, firmer, and more lifted, but still completely natural. It wasn’t just about appearance either, I left feeling deeply relaxed. I feel this would be a great treatment to have before an event as feels like a mini facelift!

Had such a great experience here! Sabira did my full face wax and Jaspreet gave me a haircut – both did an amazing job. They were super sweet and made me feel really comfortable. I’m so happy with the service and will definitely be coming back!

Sabibha was thorough as usual and did a fantastic job on my waxing.

5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience with Gosia today! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so welcome. She’s incredibly warm, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. What really stood out to me was how much time she took to understand my skin and explain each step of the treatment in a way that actually made sense. I left not only feeling completely relaxed, but also with a much better understanding of what my skin needs and how to care for it. My face is glowing, and I can’t wait for my next visit. Highly recommend Gosia to anyone looking for more than just a facial!

maddi was great, i went for a pregnancy massage she explained things she couldn’t and could do that were safe definitely helping me feel reassured. i was comfortable and relaxed the whole time and left feeling completely refreshed. i will definitely be back for other treatments after my baby is born, thank you x
