Amazing customer service, soooo accommodating, friendly and a really personalised experience. An in depth consultation is given to make sure you get exactly what you want & also what will suit your eyes/ face shape. The most friendly and welcoming space with a gorgeous result. Anna is really skilled at what she does and you can tell she loves doing it too. Looooove my lashes thanks so much girlie 🩷🥺

Elena is incredibly professional, kind, and patient, always striving for perfection. I regularly get the henna eyebrow wax and tint with her, and every time my eyebrows look absolutely perfect. I strongly recommend Elena to anyone looking for flawless, beautifully shaped eyebrows!

Overall an excellent experience! Sabira's facial, waxing and eyebrows are the most relaxing and so well done. Marianne's luxury mani pedi is the cherry on top!!

A Kobido facial is now going to be my go to treatment - loved it!! It was a deep tissue massage on your face & neck which you can really feel working, it was both relaxing yet rejuvenating! I could literally feel the tension melting away from my face, especially around my jaw and forehead. What I loved most was the immediate glow afterwards. My skin looked noticeably brighter, firmer, and more lifted, but still completely natural. It wasn’t just about appearance either, I left feeling deeply relaxed. I feel this would be a great treatment to have before an event as feels like a mini facelift!

Lucy is THE best waxing queen I have known...I love how it brings her joy giving her clients baby smooth skin! Wouldn't go anywhere else for any of my waxing or beauty treatments 🫶🏽

I booked this treatment the day before my birthday for a glow and lift effect, and I have to say—I've had many facials before, but this was by far the most amazing facial I’ve ever experienced! Laura was incredibly professional. She began with a consultation to understand what I was hoping to achieve, and the results honestly blew me away. ✨ My skin still looks amazing since the appointment, and I will 100% be making these facials a regular part of my skincare routine! xx

Got my waxing done by Jaspreet and very happy with the results. She is amazing, professional and friendly. Also got my full face done by Sabira and my skin feels so smooth. Highly recommend.
