Amazing customer service, soooo accommodating, friendly and a really personalised experience. An in depth consultation is given to make sure you get exactly what you want & also what will suit your eyes/ face shape. The most friendly and welcoming space with a gorgeous result. A first-time waxing experience in the UK that was phenomenal due to Laura’s amazing work that made the entire process comfortable and very enjoyable. The Hollywood , full leg and stomach wax were all completely pain free. Laura’s expertise and gentle and caring approach were impressive, especially being the first time waxing in the UK.
