Get my lashes done here all the time but had a facial today (I’ve had facials here before). As a person with brown skin who suffers from post inflammatory hyperpigmentation, Louise is the only person I trust touching my face. Every time I’ve ever been anywhere else in the past, I pay for it with damage to my skin because not all qualified beauticians are aware of the different affects that treatments can have on darker skin in comparison to Caucasian skin. I cannot rate Claire and this salon enough. I get biab nails and toes, Hollywood wax, brow lamination, lash lift, and facials here. Claire always does a fabulous job at everything above and I'm left impressed every time. The salon is warm and welcoming, and both Claire and Bobbie-Jo are skilled, friendly, and listen to what you want. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Natural Beauty enough. Lovely the atmosphere in the salon and I always come out feeling like I’ve had a mini therapy session! I’ve had every treatment going from nails and spray tanning to facials and waxing and I haven’t had a bad experience with any. Bobbi-jo has always made me feel completely comfortable and at ease with every treatment. I’ve been a client of Bobbi-Jos for years and wouldn’t ever go to anyone else.

I booked in for a pedicure, lash extensions with hypoallergenic glue, and a brow shape & tint, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The pedicure was so relaxing and left my feet feeling refreshed and silky smooth. The lash extensions are absolutely gorgeous, the hypoallergenic glue meant no stinging or irritation at all, which made the process so comfortable. My brows were shaped and tinted perfectly to suit my face, giving me a natural but defined look.

Such a beautiful experience from start to finish! I had a facial and massage today and honestly couldn’t be happier. The whole vibe was calm, peaceful, and smelt incredible. Ciara my therapist was so lovely and really took time to understand my skin and what I wanted from the treatment. The facial was super relaxing, I nearly dozed off!! and my skin looked so fresh and glowy! It felt amazing! The massage was just perfect exactly what my face, shoulders, and neck needed.
