Natasha is amazing, I’ve got complex skin with many different things going on including acne, pigmentation and broken veins. Natasha did the most wonderful bespoke treatment including peels and laser to address all of my concerns, the treatment was so thorough and mindfully thought out and done. Best experience I’ve ever had with a medical facial, and I have had lots over the years. If you are struggling with your skin she is the lady to see! Looking forward to my next visit.

Wow! What a truly relaxing experience! I wasn’t really sure what this facial involved but I really enjoyed it, even the suction bit. My face feels extremely smooth and looks so clean. The facial and the shoulder/ neck massage were extremely relaxing. I feel like I could have a really good nap as my body and mind feel really relaxed. Would recommend this treatment 100%

I was very nervous going to a new salon after some bad experiences. After visiting Lauren, I am not. She is incredible. She went through everything with me from start to finish with amazing aftercare. I now go to her for all my treatments and I would never go anywhere else. As something as small as a brow wax she mapped my brows, showed me what they would look like and asked if there was anything I wanted differently before waxing. Perfect from start to finish. I’m probably the worst client for these kinds of treatments—my eyes water, I struggle to relax my face—but Rosie always works her magic!
