I was very nervous going to a new salon after some bad experiences. After visiting Lauren, I am not. She is incredible. She went through everything with me from start to finish with amazing aftercare. I now go to her for all my treatments and I would never go anywhere else. As something as small as a brow wax she mapped my brows, showed me what they would look like and asked if there was anything I wanted differently before waxing. Perfect from start to finish. She is truly incredible and so talented at her job. 1000/10. Thank you Lauren!

Had a lovely experience with Claire when she came to do a trial MOB wedding make up for my 85 year old mum. Mum who initially was reluctant to have any interference with her face really enjoyed the experience. Claire was very professionally putting mum at ease and gave mum the natural make up look she was after, I would definitely recommend Claire. I felt Claire really listened to what mum wanted to achieve. Overall a great experience I feel confident on my wedding morning when I can't be with mum Claire will do mum proud. Thank you Claire

As always excellent treatments. Face thread - Natasha so gentle I find it relaxing. Eyelash lift is fab, lashes are longer, look natural and really open up my eyes. Natasha gives such attention to detail theyare just prefect

Claire is a fabulous makeup artist, she made me look fantastic and the makeup lasted all day, even when the speeches were happening and I teared up. The lashes and makeup felt lovely and not heavy, Claire made sure I looked great. Liz is the hairstylist, she done my hair and my bridesmaids we all looked fabulous, I could tell Claire and Liz work together loads they vibe well and know what each other are thinking, brilliant team, I would highly recommend them both.

Claire is a lovely person, who welcomed me on my arrival. We talked about the look I was trying to achieve and the end result was great. She takes a lot of care, and is obviously passionate about her work. I was very pleased with my make-up and glad that Claire was able to make me look and feel good!

Always great results with Natasha; it’s been 3 weeks since my lash extensions and - on holiday in Spain - they’ve been subjected to 42 degree heat + humidity, salt and sand, chlorine from the pool (and being in and out of water all day at that), air conditioning, not taking my makeup off at night after too many Sangria’s, sleeping in late - face mushed into my pillow (see aforementioned sangria)…all manner of tough conditions! They are still in great shape, making my face look very well put together even though I’m chucking on minimal cosmetics for the evening and nothing during the day.

I was drawn to Claire from Kent professional makeup and therapies and I’m glad I had booked my first session of reflexology and reiki. I have always wanted to attend a sound bath and was delighted when Claire played an audio version during treatment. I can only describe her as professional, welcoming, caring and talented. Her work space is warm, clean and calming. Before she started she explained some can cry,laugh or may not feel anything at all and what reiki and reflexology was. After treatment we sat and had a chat and told me what to work on. Claire also texted to see if I got home okay x

Absolutely amazing. I had a full body massage and the pressure was spot on. I didn't realise how many knots I had.. Catherine worked hard to get them out. The smell of the oil is amazing, especially when Catherine used a different product on my face and the scent made it even more relaxing. I would definitely recommend. I can't wait for my next one ☺️
