Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

Staff were amazing, friendly and care about their clients. This was my first Hollywood wax here and the lady waxing me really helped me and told me when to breathe in/out and advised me on the best wax so that the experience could be as painless as possible for a Hollywood wax. Emma is amazing. She is my go to for waxing and nails. I went for a full leg and bikini waxing today. Emma seeks the best wax for her customers and takes her time. Good friendly staff, really nice manicure, wish they cut the sides and around abit more to look like the online manicures i feel like abit of skin was still left, shaped my nails nicely buffed my nails and it left a really nice shine could use oil to give it that nice touch of end to a manicure.

This beauty spa is a real gem tucked away discreetly in Leicester. A real oasis, the salon was very clean and the environment tranquil despite being in a very busy area of Leicester. I had the 60 min body massage, my therapist was Hollie she is great very friendly welcoming and professional. I was so relaxed during the massage that i dozed off for awhile. I could have easily stayed there for another hour. I will definitely go again and recommend to anyone considering this. Tens stars to Vanity......... AM Leicester
