Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable right away. The woman that did my brows took her time to shape my brows exactly how I wanted, and the results were clean and precise. Definitely a place I’ll be returning to—highly recommend!

I came in straight from London needing a refresh, and Lotus Salon was perfect! It was right around the corner from my accommodation, and the women were so lovely, welcoming, and accommodating. My gel manicure was flawless—super clean with a smooth removal—and my brows and upper lip threading were done with great precision. All of this for only £43—such amazing value! I’ve had bad experiences at other salons in the past and usually feel quite uncomfortable, but Nina completely changed that for me. She made me feel so comfortable throughout my face threading and first bikini wax appointment. The whole experience was seamless and surprisingly pain-free. She’s incredibly kind, patient, and professional. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone!

This was my third visit to Lotus salon and I have never been disappointed. Janvi did another excellent and very professional pedicure. Also had eyebrow and chin/upper lip wax this time and am very happy with the result. I'll be back for another visit soon :-)
