Sam is fabulous! Upon arriving at the treatment rooms, Sam took time to understand what I was looking for in terms of my skin (I had booked a facial) and then advised me on the best treatments for me. I had dermaplaning, milia treatment, eyebrow wax and tint and a million dollar facial. Sam uses top quality products and the treatments are top quality too. My skin looks and feels so much better and I feel like a new woman! I will now be returning regularly to incorporate Sam’s expertise into my regular skin routine. I can’t believe I’ve only just discovered this treasure in Bookham!

Nice relaxing facial and great jaw massage. To make their experience even better, it would have been nice to have a head massage and for the treatment to last the full 60 minutes. I was in and out of the salon in under 50 minutes but had booked a 60 minute facial. A head massage with the extra 10 minutes would have been fab, but the time I had was lovely 😊

Van at VS Beauty is fantastic! I've been in twice now — once for a brow and lip wax, and another time for a lash lift and lip wax — and both visits were great. Van is very friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly knows her craft. The salon is spotlessly clean and she uses high-quality products throughout. I loved the results both times and will definitely be back!

I had my first appointment with Bex today for waxing and I will definitely be back! As other reviews have said, Bex is so thorough and professional as well as warm and welcoming. She immediately put me at ease and did such a great job. She clearly is an expert at what she does. The wax was virtually pain free and the salon is lovely. Just home from a brilliant and pain free waxing appointment! Van made me feel very at ease and relaxed and we had a lovely time chatting during the appointment! Van was very thorough and professional from start to finish but also accommodated a last minute request to add to my appointment too which was much appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to book with Van again, I just wish I had found her sooner!

Amazing service again from Freya! I was undecided on what I wanted on my nails and Freya was so patient and came up with a great idea exactly what I wanted. Thankyou Freya i love my nails.
