This was my first time visiting the salon today and can't fault the place from the cleanliness to the knowledge their staff have. Everything was properly explained to me in depth to ensure I was receiving the correct treatment for my skin worries. I was impressed with the machine that they use to take photos of your skin and the layers underneath to detect what damage has been caused and point you in the direction of the best treatment for you. I love how a plan has been put in place tailored to my needs to help me on my skin journey. Left the salon feeling fresh faced and more knowledgeable.

I’ve been going to Lynn for almost a year now and genuinely don’t have a single bad word to say! Her lymphatic drainage massage, waxing, and facials are all flawless—absolutely spot on every time. I couldn’t recommend her more highly. Not only do you receive top-tier treatments, but you also get the chance to truly relax—something I struggle with due to a high-stress job. Lynn creates such a calming, welcoming space. Honestly, “perfect” is the only word that fits both her and her business.

Another fantastic microneedling and dermaplaning facial. This is my 3rd course of microneedling and I feel my skin is glowing, feels very refreshing and losds of people are noticing how glowing my face is 😁 I was really bad for breakouts around the mouth but since staring my dermoplaming treatments with Lynn I don't get anymore breakouts 😁 I would 100% recommend Lynn and look forward to next month's treatments.

Shabana is such a skilled professional and so friendly and considerate. The treatment room and building are so beautiful and calming too. I booked in for waxing and eyebrows today and it was quick and pain free. Highly recommend.

Had a great Indian head massage from shabana and just trusted her with what she felt would be right to have me feeling better. I've had migraine like headaches for the past three days and thought it might be coming from neck pain. Shabana worked that and more, never had my actual face massaged and was amazing, even my jaw! Today, first day, no headache!!! Feel great. Will book again as my self care time!!

The staff are all lovely and friendly at Kirsty's, I'm pretty much there at least once per week and I'm very pleased with Gillian who does facial waxing and nails and Carly who does my hair!!!!👍😀.x
