Another great deep tissue/sport massage at Remedy Room West. Phillipa has a brilliant set up, a lovely warm, relaxing space, with gentle but proper music to zone out to (none of the waves lapping/birds tweeting nonsense!). She tailors each massage to my needs and preferences and has helped me manage some annoying sports niggles too. Highly recommended.

I saw Phillippa for massage just before and just after completing the West Highland Way and Ben Nevis. She is a truly lovely human who made me feel immediately comfortable and she clearly cares about the wellbeing of her clients. She also gave me the best massages I have ever had (and I've had plenty!). She manages to get exactly the spots that need it and I left feeling better immediately. I wish I could bring her back to Australia with me!

I had the best experience today at Wellness with a Conscience. I had the 2 hour massage and facial combo and it was the best I’ve ever had. My skin looks amazing and I’m feeling so much more relaxed. I had been struggling with neck pain and headaches and Shabana helped relieve both immensely. The whole experience was great, from start to end, I can’t think of a better way to spend a Sunday afternoon. I will definitely come back for more treatments! 10/10

Kara was welcoming and immediately made me feel calm - she explained every stage and what was happening throughout- she additionally identified the potential cause of my discomfort to an injury I had about thirty years ago. One of the best 90 minutes of my life! From start to finish Emma was so kind and attentive. Started with a scalp analysis and recommendations for products to use in my hair. When it came to the head spa it was so relaxing even when my head was bobbing about when she was scrubbing every inch of my scalp 😅 the neck massage was something else I would pay the whole 90 mins just for that again. I opted for a blow dry to finish as I was staying round glasgow for a while so didn't want wet hair. My hair normally is like a giant ball of frizz but u can say 2 hours outside after it's still straight!

Great! Stephanie was fantastic and I was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed. I had a deep tissue massage as I was suffering from neck and shoulder pain. I felt instant relief and I will definitely rebook.

A really good massage and an easy place for me to get to so could walk there and back. Marie is lovely.
