I was quite nervous beforehand, but she made me feel so comfortable, relaxed, and at ease throughout the whole appointment. She explained everything clearly, was very professional, and checked in with me regularly to make sure I was okay. The process was much less intimidating than I expected thanks to her friendly and reassuring approach. I’ve received multiple services from Hettie including spray tan, nails, waxing, eyelash lift and tint and eyebrow shaping. I can struggle at salons due to my autism but Hettie always makes me feel comfortable and cared for. I always leave the salon feeling amazing. Hettie is skilled and meticulous with all the services she provides and you can tell she loves what she does.

I have been going to True Beauty Studio for a long time. When you find a place that delivers excellence and a lot of creativity then it’s a keeper! I can’t recommend Steph enough. She’s a true artist. I get amazing nail designs when I want fun nails and very smart, professional nail looks when I need to be in London for meetings. Steph is so friendly and the whole experience of having facials, eyebrow tints and waxing is like spending time with your best friend or your sister. True Beauty Studio has been brilliant for me. I feel ready for anything when I leave.

Rachel is absolutely fantastic! I was really embarrassed about the state of my nails and she made me feel so relaxed and comfortable.
